We started in a tiny little showroom on Annapolis Road in Odenton Maryland in November of 1985.
Through the years we have learned and grown. Today we are led by our 2nd and 3rd generation, Amanda and Amber. We are proud of our 2 showrooms, each boasting more than 3,000 square feet and full of ideas and products for you to touch and feel. All of our products are designed to hold your heartfelt message. We specialize in creating customized recognition products and memorabilia crafted from genuine Walnut, Cherry, Oak, Marble, Acrylic, Mirrored Acrylic, Corian, Plastic, Brass, Aluminum, Bronze, and Vinyl. We offer fabrication services including laser engraving, routing, full color direct UV printing, dimensional UV printing, vector cutting, sandblasting, fiber lasering, chemical etching and sublimation. All of these services are provided "in-house" so we can control both production time and quality.

Meet Our Team
As Allogram's second-generation owner, Amanda has spent decades helping transform a small family trophy shop into one of the region's leading recognition companies. Although she didn't grow up in the awards industry, her parents purchased a trophy shop while she was a junior at Loyola College. After graduating in 1986 with a degree in Biology, Amanda accepted a position in Chicago selling medical supplies. Every holiday, however, her father would try to convince her to join the family business. In 1988, she finally made the leap—deciding that helping people celebrate achievements was far more rewarding than selling medical supplies—and she's never looked back.
Amanda's passion for innovation, craftsmanship, and customer service has been the driving force behind Allogram's growth for more than three decades. Always looking toward the future, she is continually researching new equipment, technology, and production techniques that allow Allogram to provide customers with creative, high-quality recognition products while staying at the forefront of the industry.
Family has always been at the heart of Amanda's journey. She and her husband, Greg, have built a wonderful blended family with seven children, and today they proudly enjoy life as "Gigi" and "Gramps" to their growing family of nine grandchildren—with hopes for many more in the years ahead. Amanda's four daughters all grew up at Allogram, and today she is especially proud to be working alongside her oldest daughter, Amber, as they continue the family legacy into its third generation.
The name Allogram has a unique story. It was inspired by the medical term "engram," which refers to a memory trace, with "All" added to the front to represent "All Remembered." It's a fitting name for a company dedicated to helping people celebrate achievements, honor milestones, and preserve life's most meaningful memories.
As Allogram's third-generation leader, Amber is passionate about carrying on her family's legacy while helping shape the future of the company. Since joining Allogram in 2016, she has embraced every aspect of the business—from operations and customer service to sales, marketing, and product development. Her creative vision, innovative mindset, and dedication to exceptional customer experiences have helped drive Allogram's continued growth while honoring the craftsmanship and values the company was built upon.
Amber believes recognition is about more than just awards—it's about celebrating achievements, building relationships, and creating meaningful moments that leave a lasting impression. She is committed to leading Allogram with the same integrity, quality, and personalized service that customers have trusted for decades, while continually finding new ways to innovate and elevate the customer experience.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys planning unforgettable parties and events, experimenting with new recipes, and spending quality time with her husband and two children. She especially loves cheering from the sidelines as her children compete in sports, a passion rooted in her own years as a competitive athlete throughout high school. Watching them grow, compete, and build confidence through athletics is one of her greatest joys.
One fun fact about Amber? Her two children practically grew up at Allogram! She brought them to work with her until they were about 8–9 months old, and to this day, longtime customers still ask how "the babies" are doing whenever they stop by.
With more than 20 years of engraving and imprinting experience, Mike is one of Allogram's most knowledgeable engraving and production specialists. His expertise, precision, and attention to detail ensure every layout is positioned perfectly and every product meets our exacting quality standards. As Allogram's resident technology enthusiast, Mike is always looking for ways to improve processes, embrace innovation, and solve complex production challenges. Whether it's troubleshooting equipment, fixing a technical issue, or finding a solution when no one else can, Mike is the team's go-to expert for keeping things running smoothly.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys watching football, perfecting the art of the power nap, and fully embracing Thanksgiving food comas. Around the office, he's always ready to bond with coworkers over the most important question of the day: "What's for lunch?" One thing everyone appreciates about Mike is his generous heart—he loves spoiling his coworkers' children with thoughtful gifts, earning him a well-deserved reputation as Allogram's very own Santa Claus.
With more than 40 years of craftsmanship and experience, George is one of the cornerstones of Allogram's production team. His unwavering commitment to quality, precision, and attention to detail has helped shape the standards that Allogram is known for today. Whether he's perfecting a custom award or inspecting the finished product, George's expertise ensures every piece meets the highest level of excellence. His dedication to craftsmanship and quality control helps ensure every product that leaves Allogram reflects the excellence our customers have come to expect.
When he's not at work, George enjoys starting the day with a good breakfast, spending time bowling, and horseback riding. He also has a love/hate relationship with tackling home improvement projects—always eager to start the next one, even if it turns into a bigger project than expected! One fun fact about George? Despite having a sweet personality, he's surprisingly not a fan of chocolate.
Mark is a seasoned customer service professional whose years of experience and dedication make him an invaluable resource for both customers and the Allogram team. Known for his calm, friendly approach and extensive product knowledge, Mark is committed to ensuring every customer's experience is smooth, successful, and enjoyable from start to finish. Whether helping with a simple order or a complex custom project, he takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Outside of the office, Mark has a passion for music and can often be found playing the trombone with community bands, jazz ensembles, and brass quartets. He also enjoys playing online games—especially EVE Online—watching movies, and spending quality time with his four furry companions: dogs Belanna and Butler, and cats Spike and Topf. At the end of each day, his favorite welcome home is finding them all gathered around his chair, eagerly waiting for him to open the treat drawer.
Stephanie is one of Allogram's knowledgeable customer service specialists and a familiar face to many in the local community. Born and raised just down the road in Odenton, she has a genuine passion for helping customers find the perfect recognition products for every occasion. With her warm personality, welcoming smile, and keen eye for detail, Stephanie enjoys guiding clients through the selection process and making every experience enjoyable from start to finish.
When she's not at Allogram, Stephanie loves soaking up summertime, spending days at the beach, collecting pink flamingos, and cooking for family and friends. Most of all, she treasures making memories with—and spoiling—her little ones. One fun fact about Stephanie? You'll rarely catch her wearing regular shoes... she's firmly on Team Flip-Flops all year long!
Tanairy is Allogram's color expert, specializing in both direct UV printing and sublimation. With a remarkable eye for detail and a passion for bringing designs to life, she ensures every project meets the highest standards of quality and creativity. Whether she's producing vibrant full-color products or perfecting the smallest details, Tanairy's dedication to excellence shines through in every piece she creates. Her contagious smile, artistic talent, and commitment to perfection make her an invaluable member of the Allogram team.
Outside of work, Tanairy enjoys expressing her creativity through drawing, binge-watching her favorite TV series, curling up with a good horror movie, and indulging her love of chocolate. One fun fact about Tanairy? No matter how colorful her creations are, you'll never catch her eating vegetables!
Rico is an integral part of Allogram's production team, where he has quickly developed his skills in sand carving, laser engraving, and the many specialized processes that bring our custom awards and recognition products to life. Always eager to learn and take on new challenges, Rico approaches every project with precision, patience, and a keen eye for detail. His commitment to quality helps ensure that every piece leaving our shop reflects the craftsmanship and excellence Allogram is known for.
Outside of work, Rico enjoys listening to music, tackling home renovation projects, and buying, remodeling, and flipping houses. When it comes to food, he's a firm believer that breakfast tastes just as good at dinnertime! One fun fact about Rico—despite working with confidence around powerful equipment every day, spiders are still one of his biggest fears.
Greg is a dynamic individual with a knack for mastering a wide array of skills. As our resident "Jack of all trades," he seamlessly navigates tasks ranging from sales to warehouse management and inventory with finesse and expertise. His dedication to his work is matched only by his unwavering loyalty to his beloved Baltimore Ravens, for whom he proudly bleeds purple.
Outside of the professional realm, Greg finds joy in friendly competition, particularly on the golf course where he relishes the opportunity to challenge his sons to a match. Affectionately known as "Gramps" by his nine cherished grandchildren, he embraces his role as a loving and doting grandfather with open arms.
Greg's commitment extends beyond family and sports; he also serves as the lead chauffeur driving Ms. Crazy (Gigi) everywhere she needs to go. With his versatile skill set, passionate fandom, and devotion to family, Greg is a true asset to both his loved ones, Allogram and his community.
Known around the office as Kiki, Kiendra is one of the friendly faces you'll meet when visiting or contacting Allogram. As a Customer Service Representative, she is passionate about providing exceptional service and helping customers find the perfect recognition products for every occasion. Whether assisting with a simple order or guiding clients through a custom project, Kiki takes pride in making the process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help ensure every customer receives the personalized experience Allogram is known for.
When she's away from the office, Kiki enjoys getting lost in a good book, spending quality time with friends, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to new places whenever she has the opportunity. Her adventurous spirit and warm personality make her a wonderful addition to the Allogram team, and she looks forward to helping customers celebrate life's biggest achievements through meaningful recognition.
Shardae is a valued member of Allogram's production and assembly team, where she takes pride in helping transform custom recognition products from concept to completion. With a strong work ethic, a creative eye, and a commitment to quality, she carefully assembles each project to ensure it meets the high standards our customers have come to expect. As she continues to grow her skills and experience, Shardae approaches every day with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
When she's away from work, Shardae enjoys listening to music, expressing her creativity through drawing, binge-watching her favorite shows, baking sweet treats, and spending quality time with her nephew. One fun fact about Shardae? You'll never catch her wearing a pair of shoes that doesn't perfectly match her outfit—she believes every great look starts from the ground up!
