We are Masters of the Perfect Moment. We work with our clients to determine what that perfect moment looks like. We work to understand how our clients want their recipient to feel when presented with the award. Then we go to work to create the award to fit their vision and budget.
We started in a tiny little showroom on Annapolis Road in Odenton Maryland in November of 1985.
Through the years we have learned and grown. Today we are led by our 2nd and 3rd generation, Amanda and Amber. We are proud of our 2 showrooms, each boasting more than 3,000 square feet and full of ideas and products for you to touch and feel. All of our products are designed to hold your heartfelt message. We specialize in creating customized recognition products and memorabilia crafted from genuine Walnut, Cherry, Oak, Marble, Acrylic, Mirrored Acrylic, Corian, Plastic, Brass, Aluminum, Bronze, and Vinyl. We offer fabrication services including laser engraving, routing, full color direct UV printing, dimensional UV printing, vector cutting, sandblasting, fiber lasering, chemical etching and sublimation. All of these services are provided "in-house" so we can control both production time and quality.

Meet Our Staff
Amanda, 2nd generation, didn’t grow up in the industry. Her parents purchased a trophy shop when she was a junior in college. After graduating from Loyola College with a degree in biology in May of 1986, she accepted a position with Milex in Chicago selling medical supplies. Every holiday her father would work to recruit her into the new family business. In 1988 she agreed selling recognition would be more fun than selling pessaries and fertility solutions. Amanda has 4 beautiful daughters - who all grew up in the business, but only her oldest, Amber has joined Allogram permanently. The other 3 (Alyssa, Alexandra and Amera) are all pursuing careers in engineering. Her favorite letter is "A". In 2008 she met Greg and together with his 3 children (1 daughter and 2 sons) they made the Brady Bunch plus one. Today, Gigi and Gramps have 5 grandchildren with more sure to come. Amanda is on a constant quest for new equipment and technology. Fun Fact- The name Allogram - was made up from an “engram”, a medical term for a piece of memory with "all" added to the front, meaning All Remembered.
Amber is the vibrant force behind our third-generation success at Allogram. While many companies stumble during the transition to the second generation, we have thrived under her leadership. Joining us in 2016, Amber seamlessly integrated into our team, showcasing a natural aptitude for understanding people's needs. Her journey with us has been marked by a rapid acquisition of creative skills, enhancing our ability to innovate and connect with our clientele.
Beyond her professional prowess, Amber's interests span the spectrum of life's pleasures. Whether indulging in a pampering session for her nails, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, orchestrating memorable parties, or doting on her two children, she approaches each endeavor with unwavering enthusiasm. Fun Fact - Amber brought her children to work until they were about 8-9 months old, endearing her to our walk-in customers who fondly remember and inquire about her adorable little ones to this day.
With Amber at the helm, our future shines brighter than ever, guided by her unwavering commitment to excellence and genuine connection.
Mike is a veteran engraving expert. He has more than 20 years of imprinting experience. Mike loves technology and drives our innovation! He is meticulous and accurate, taking the utmost care of getting every layout placed precisely right. Aside from Allogram, Mike enjoys taking a nap, taking a power nap, football, Thanksgiving food comas and bonding with coworkers over what is for lunch today. Fun Fact : Mike spoils his coworkers' children with presents like Santa Claus. He loves to make children smile.
George is the ultimate craftsman. With over 40 years of experience, his perfectionism gives us an incredible competitive advantage. George and Rosie have the ultimate say in quality control. Outside of work, George and Rosie enjoy going to breakfast, bowling, horseback riding and bike rides with Rosie in the basket. Fun fact: He hates Chocolate.
Mark is the ultimate customer service officiant. His many years of experience insure our customer's journey will be smooth and successful. When he isn't working you will find him playing trombone with community bands, jazz ensembles, and brass quartets. He also enjoys playing online computer games, especially EVE Online, watching movies on Netflix and spending time with his pets; Belanna & Butler (dogs), and Spike & Topf (cats). They all like to gather around him in his chair at the end of day waiting for him to open the treat drawer.
Stephanie is our resident expert on anything local. She was born and raised right down the street in Odenton and knows everyone in town. She always has a smile and an expert eye for selecting the perfect product for your need. Stephanie has a collection of pink flamingos and loves the summertime. The beach, flamingos, cooking for people and spoiling her littles are her favorite things. Fun fact -she hates wearing regular shoes...Flip Flops forever !!!
Brooke is a customer service professional. It doesn't matter if she is on the phone, answering emails or working in person in our showroom, she is a true professional. Her knowledge grows daily as does her ability to solve customers needs by matching them with the perfect product. Be sure to check out her shoes when you visit the showroom. They will not disappoint! Brooke loves sewing, creating her own costumes and drawing. Brooke's creative talents are put to use each year at the Renaissance Festival with leftover ideas inspiring Halloween costumes. Her cats like to think they are helpful little gremlins but they are more troublesome terrors. This doesn't stop them from being her favorite conversation pieces and always are on her phone.
Shardae is one of our engravers and assemblers. She has perfected her trophy building skills too. Shardae is eager to learn new equipment and is quickly mastering laser engraving and sand carving. Aside from work, Shardae enjoys watching Master Chef, playing video games and watching football. Fun fact: She likes baking new desserts and laughing at tik tok videos.
Sara is our very creative and talented graphic artist. Her designs and ability to use fonts and spacing with color and collateral is second to none. Custom is our specialty and thanks to Sara we exceed all expectations! Originally from the Czech Republic, Sara doesn't enjoy life without her other half while he's deployed in the military. Her favorite times are when he's home and they along with their 2 sons enjoy mountain biking, snow sports, wall climbing, arts & crafts and woodworking. Fun fact: Sara hand drew a beautiful memorial tattoo Amber got tattooed on her back for her father!
Tanairy is our color expert heading up both direct UV printing and sublimation. She has an eagle eye and a contagious smile. Her creativity and quest for perfection comes through on every job. Tanairy enjoys drawing, binging tv shows, horror movies and chocolate! Fun fact: She hates vegetables.
Rico is quickly becoming a sand carving expert and laser engraving professional. He is eager to learn all our processes and his eye for detail will not disappoint you. When not working, Rico enjoys listening to music, and building/flipping houses. He loves breakfast for dinner. Interesting Fun fact: Spiders are one of his biggest fears.
Brandon works in the warehouse, pulling and staging stock for orders and handles shipping. He is also learning to build trophies. Outside or work, Brandon enjoys playing video games, reading (in those rare moments when he's not playing games) & watching movies & anime. Terrifying fact: He has played well over a couple thousand games in his life. Fun fact - Brandon is Tanairy's brother.
Dale is our Business Development specialist. He is ready to discuss any upcoming projects and how Allogram can help you achieve your goals. Dale enjoys sports betting, watching kids play sports, beach days with a cold beverage, and wings. Fun fact…his daughter was born on same day his grandpa passed away and his son was born on same day his grandma passed away. He definitely has a few angels watching over him!
Greg is a dynamic individual with a knack for mastering a wide array of skills. As our resident "Jack of all trades," he seamlessly navigates tasks ranging from sales to warehouse management and inventory with finesse and expertise. His dedication to his work is matched only by his unwavering loyalty to his beloved Baltimore Ravens, for whom he proudly bleeds purple.
Outside of the professional realm, Greg finds joy in friendly competition, particularly on the golf course where he relishes the opportunity to challenge his sons to a match. Affectionately known as "Gramps" by his five cherished grandchildren, he embraces his role as a loving and doting grandfather with open arms.
Greg's commitment extends beyond family and sports; he also serves as the lead chauffeur driving Ms. Crazy (Gigi) everywhere she needs to go. With his versatile skill set, passionate fandom, and devotion to family, Greg is a true asset to both his loved ones, Allogram and his community.
