How to do Business with Allogram

Minimum Order- $12

Shipping- Shipments can be made via UPS. Shipping and handling charges are additional.

Placing an order- We maintain a file system for repeat orders to be handled by Internet, phone, fax, or email. All engraving must be faxed or emailed. Engraving cannot be accepted over the phone.

Prices & Descriptions- All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise specified, items will be built as shown or with equivalent substitutions.

Warranty- All products guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Claims on merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. If goods are damaged during shipping, claims must be made against the carrier. We are not responsible for goods damaged in shipment.

Production Time- We maintain staff and equipment to provide very competitive production schedules. Normal production time is one week from receipt of completed order and applicable artwork. We offer special rush delivery service for many items shown. For these items we can ship within 72 hours for a rush charge of 20%. Same day and next day service is also available for a rush charge of 50% or $25, whichever is greater.

Copyrights- The use of copyrights and trademarks per buyers instructions remains the liability of the customer.

Engraving and Personalization- Metal plate engraving is $0.12 per letter for engravers fonts and $0.50-$1.50 per letter for true type fonts (depending on size of letter). Hand engraving is $0.25 per letter. Trick set up (horizontal, columns, matching styles or engraving rounded items) add $10.00. Orders requiring a faxed proof will incur a $7.50 service charge. Generally we will not engrave merchandise purchased elsewhere however, with signed waiver of liability we will consider the job on a case-by-case basis.

Art Charges and Electronic Formats- An art charge of $25 per hour will apply if camera-ready art is not provided with the order. This charge will only apply to the first order. We will maintain your camera-ready art for all future orders. We accept art electronically via email to art@allogram.com

We prefer .eps, .ai, .pdf or .cdr. However, you may also use a .jpg, .wmf, .tif or .bmp provided the resolution is 300 dpi. We prefer pc based files. If you are not sure what type of file you have, just send it along and we will let you know if we can use it. Word Documents, Excel and Power Point files are acceptable, however additional art charges will apply.
